By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing or downloading content, uploading content, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About I Have Stock

You may not remove or obscure a watermark from preview Content or publicly use an unlicensed preview as though it had been purchased or licensed.

8. Contributors

Users approved to upload or sell Content through I Have Stock may be subject to additional Contributor terms.

By submitting Content to the Platform, a Contributor represents and warrants that:

• they own the Content or possess sufficient rights to license it;
• the Content does not knowingly infringe the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties;
• required model or property releases have been obtained where applicable;
• submitted information and metadata are accurate to the best of their knowledge;
• the Content does not contain unlawful or malicious material.

Contributors retain ownership of their Content unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Contributors grant I Have Stock the rights reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, display, promote, distribute, license, market, create previews of, and make the Content available through the Platform.

9. Content Review and Removal

We may review Contributor submissions before or after publication.

We are not required to accept or continue hosting any particular Content.

We may reject, remove, restrict, or disable access to Content when we reasonably believe that the Content:

• violates these Terms;
• violates applicable law;
• infringes third-party rights;
• presents security or fraud risks;
• is misleading or improperly categorized;
• does not meet our technical or quality standards;
• may expose I Have Stock or its users to legal risk.

Removal of Content does not necessarily mean that a violation has occurred.

10. Purchases

Prices displayed on the Platform may vary by:

• license;
• subscription;
• plan;
• country;
• currency;
• applicable taxes;
• promotional offers.

The final price applicable to a transaction will normally be displayed before payment confirmation.

Withdrawal methods and processing times may vary.

We may temporarily delay a withdrawal when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, identity verification issues, sanctions, account security concerns, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

15. Refunds

Because digital Content may become immediately accessible after purchase or download, purchases may generally be considered final once the Content has been delivered, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
